We have 2 new systems installed by Ideal 3 years ago. Called today for service, was advised that I should call someone else as they have no availability??? Wasn't even offered a future date. Called someone else.

I needed a main line repair. Upon inspection of the main line it was determined that the main line needed to be replaced. Preston, Kyle, Junior, Brandon and Oscar made it all happen for. I'm so grateful for all of your help, kindness, consideration and professionalism. You are an amazing team of people and I really enjoyed working with you.
